1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Scale CRM (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, paying an invoice, or otherwise working with Scale CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Scale CRM currently provides the following services:

Local SEO Package – $1,500/month

Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation

Keyword research and competitor analysis

Monthly reporting on results and Google Maps rankings

Ongoing support for up to one location

Advanced SEO Package – $2,000/month

GBP optimisation + on-page SEO for your website

Keyword research and competitor analysis

Monthly reporting on results and Google Maps rankings

Meta title and description optimisation

Optional on-page SEO enhancements (additional fee if requested)

GBP optimisation for up to three locations

Backlink monitoring and management

Website Development (one-time)

Priced between $2,000-$3,000 depending on scope

Hosting ($15/month) and domain registration ($30–$100/year) are not included unless part of a package

3. Payments & Billing

Website builds are paid upfront via Stripe invoice.

SEO services are billed monthly in advance. There is no lock-in contract, and billing continues until cancellation.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

Website builds include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Cancellation within 30 days may be eligible for a refund.

No refunds apply:

After 30 days

For change of mind after project launch

For SEO or subscription services once a billing cycle has commenced

5. Revisions & Scope

Unlimited reasonable revisions before launch are included (adjustments, fixes, refinements — not full redesigns).

Requests significantly outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

6. Ownership & Access

Websites built by Scale CRM remain hosted on our platform.

Clients own supplied content (text, images, logos).

Website files, structure, and design remain the property of Scale CRM.

Domains purchased through us can be transferred upon request.

7. SEO Disclaimer

Scale CRM does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business results. SEO performance depends on factors outside our control (Google algorithm changes, competition, industry shifts).

All SEO work is white-hat, professional, and designed to improve visibility.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide all required content, branding, and login details promptly

Respond to communications in a timely manner

Ensure all supplied content is legally owned or licensed

Follow applicable laws when using your website or marketing

9. Hosting, Updates & Maintenance

Hosting is billed at $15/month unless included in a package.

Website updates and content changes are included only in combined Website + SEO packages.

If SEO services are cancelled, ongoing updates are not included unless separately quoted.

10. Termination of Services

Clients may cancel SEO services at any time; billing stops at the end of the paid period. No mid-cycle refunds.

Scale CRM may terminate services if invoices remain unpaid, communication is unreasonable, or the client engages in illegal or unethical behaviour.

11. Liability

Scale CRM is not liable for:

Loss of income, leads, rankings, or business results

Issues caused by third-party platforms, plugins, outages, or hosting downtime

Legal issues arising from client-supplied content

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
