1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Scale CRM (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, paying an invoice, or otherwise working with Scale CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Scale CRM currently provides the following services:

Website Development – one-time build priced between $1,000 – $1,800 (depending on scope).

Hosting and domain are not included in build price. All websites require $15/month hosting, and domain costs typically range from $30 – $100 per year.

Local SEO – ongoing optimisation service priced at $1000 per month.

Full SEO Package – Full serivce SEOpriced at $1600 including: local, on-page & technical (if allowed access to make edits on your website).

3. Payments & Billing

All website builds are paid upfront in full via Stripe invoice.

Local SEO services are billed monthly upfront with no lock-in contract.

Failure to pay an invoice on time may result in a pause or suspension of services.

All prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Website builds include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of payment.

If you genuinely wish to cancel within 30 days and no reasonable resolution can be reached, Scale CRM will issue a refund minus a $300 fee to cover time and work already completed.

For SEO or subscription services once a billing cycle has commenced

5. Revisions & Scope

Scale CRM offers unlimited reasonable revisions before launch. Revisions include adjustments, fixes, and refinements — not full redesigns.

Requests that significantly change the original agreed scope, layout, or creative direction may incur additional charges.

6. Ownership & Access

All websites built by Scale CRM are hosted through our platform and cannot be transferred to another provider.

You own your domain (if purchased through us, we can transfer it to you upon request).

You own all content you supply to us (text, logos, images, etc).

You may request a copy of your written content and images if you ever leave, but the website files, structure, and design remain the property of Scale CRM.

7. SEO Disclaimer

Scale CRM does not guarantee specific rankings, search positions, traffic levels, or sales results. Search performance is influenced by many external factors outside of our control, including Google algorithm changes, competition, and industry shifts.

We do guarantee that all SEO work provided is legitimate, ethical (“white-hat”), and carried out with professional care and intent to improve visibility.

8. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project on time, you agree to:

Provide all required content, branding, logins, and information promptly

Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe

Ensure any supplied content is accurate and legally owned or licensed

Follow all applicable laws when using your website or marketing

9. Hosting, Updates & Maintenance

Hosting is billed at $15 per month unless included in a subscription package.
Website updates and content changes are included only in the Website + SEO package.
If you cancel SEO, ongoing updates and changes are not included unless separately quoted.

10. Termination of Services

You may cancel Local SEO or the Website + SEO package at any time. Billing stops at the end of the paid period. No pro-rated or mid-month refunds apply.

Scale CRM may terminate services if invoices remain unpaid, communication is unreasonable, or the client engages in abusive, illegal, or unethical behaviour.

11. Liability

Scale CRM is not liable for:

Loss of income, rankings, leads, or business results

Issues caused by third-party platforms, plugins, outages, or hosting downtime

Legal issues arising from client-supplied content (e.g. copyright, trademark, privacy, false claims)

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
