Our Story.

ScaleCRM was co-founded by Corbin Jensen and Carmen Ler, brought together by a shared belief that the businesses getting the best results from SEO weren't the ones with the biggest budgets. They were the ones whose entire strategy was built around exactly how their clients searched.

Before Scale CRM, Corbin worked as a freelance SEO consultant across multiple industries. Carmen brings a background in graphic design and visual branding. Together, they saw the same problem from two angles: most businesses were being served generic strategies by generalist agencies, and the results showed it.

So they built something different. ScaleCRM was founded with a clear focus from day one, accounting firms only. High-value clients, strong local search demand, and an industry where most firms were still relying entirely on referrals while ignoring Google entirely. The opportunity was obvious.

Today, Corbin leads ScaleCRM as CEO, overseeing every client strategy and SEO engagement directly. Carmen serves as Head of Graphic Design, ensuring every client's visual presence, from website design to GBP assets, matches the quality of their search strategy. Together the team brings both the technical SEO expertise and the visual credibility that accounting firms need to stand out on Google.

With a background in freelance SEO across multiple industries, Corbin made the decision early on to specialise exclusively in accounting firms — recognising that deep niche expertise produces better results than broad generalist strategies ever could.

Hi, I'm Carmen!

Born in Singapore and raised on the Sunshine Coast, I've been an entrepreneur and a graphic designer ever since attending the Queensland University of Technology for Accounting and Communications. I've been in small businesses for more than 10 years, with vast experiences in online and physical business.

I love designing and creating. My years of experience as a graphic designer span across digital and print, including physical printed products, web design, UX/UI design, logos, social media, brochures, menus, and basically anything design related in small business - I've done.

Graphic design is my passion !!
